BROTHERSCRICSSHOP operates primarily on a store pickup model. All equipment booked online must be picked up physically from our store location in Jaipur during operating hours.

We offer limited local delivery directly to cricket grounds, nets, or academies within Jaipur city limits exclusively for bulk orders or Full Kits exceeding ₹1,500 in rental value. Delivery is available to:
A flat logistics fee of ₹150 (inclusive of 18% GST) applies for ground drop-off and pickup within our service zones defined above. For areas beyond 10km from our store or outside regular city limits, an additional distance charge of ₹5 per km (inclusive of GST) will be quoted separately.
Note: All delivery fees mentioned are inclusive of 18% GST. Separate invoice with GST breakup will be provided at time of delivery confirmation.
The renter (Customer) must be physically present at the ground or in-store with one of the following Original Government-issued IDs for verification:
Data Handling: We use your ID information solely to verify identity and process rental agreements. Your ID details are handled in strict compliance with our Privacy Policy and Compliance Standards. ID data is retained for 1 year for accounting and dispute resolution purposes, then securely deleted.
A joint visual inspection of handle integrity and pad strap condition will be conducted prior to handover.
For urgent match-day replacements (e.g., broken equipment during a tournament), we offer "Express Ground Delivery" within our Jaipur service zones for a flat fee of ₹250 (inclusive of 18% GST). We aim to deliver replacement equipment within 60-90 minutes of order placement, subject to vehicle availability during your order time.
Availability Check: Please call +91 88767 44421 or text on WhatsApp to confirm in real-time if an express delivery slot is available before placing the order. We will confirm the exact delivery time window in writing via SMS/WhatsApp.
What if we cannot fulfill? If we cannot fulfill the express delivery due to unavailable vehicles, we will inform you within 15 minutes of your request. No express fee will be charged if we cannot fulfill the order.
Company's Liability During Delivery: BROTHERSCRICSSHOP is fully liable for any damage to equipment while it is in transit with our logistics team. If equipment arrives damaged due to our delivery mishandling, the damage will be repaired or replaced at no cost to you. This is separate from normal wear-and-tear liability under Rental Terms & Conditions.
Return Collection at Delivery Location: If you have opted for ground delivery, our logistics team will return at the scheduled time to collect equipment. To prevent "Missed Trip" charges, please:
If You Miss the Scheduled Collection Time: If our team visits at the agreed time and you cannot provide the equipment for reasons within your control (equipment not ready, unavailable, etc.), an additional ₹150 "Rescheduled Collection" charge applies plus daily rental charges. We will reschedule at no added logistics fee.
If WE Miss the Scheduled Time: If our team fails to arrive within 30 minutes of the confirmed time window, that trip is considered rescheduled at no cost to you, and you retain equipment responsibility until successful handover.

If your rented equipment is found to be faulty or damaged at delivery (prior to your use), you are eligible for full refund or replacement without deduction. Report any delivery-time damage within 1 hour of receiving the equipment via WhatsApp/phone (+91 88767 44421) with photos.
