Cancellation & Refund

Guidelines for booking cancellations and deposit refunds.

1. Booking Cancellations

You may cancel your rental booking free of charge up to 24 hours before your scheduled pickup time. Cancellations made within 24 hours are subject to a 20% cancellation fee deducted from the rental amount.

2. Security Deposit Refunds

The security deposit collected at pickup is 100% refundable upon the timely and undamaged return of the rented cricket equipment. Returns beyond the 2-hour grace period incur daily rental charges deducted from the deposit.

3. Damage Deductions

Normal match wear (ball marks, dirt) is acceptable. Severe damage (cracked handles, broken helmets, torn gloves) will lead to deductions based on the replacement cost of the item. If the item is lost or destroyed, the full deposit is forfeited.

4. Refund Processing Time

Upon successful inspection, cash and UPI deposits are refunded immediately. Credit/Debit card or bank transfer deposits may take 2-5 business days to reflect in your account.

5. Partial Returns

For full kit rentals, the security deposit is refunded only after the FINAL item is returned. Partial refunds are not issued for individual kit components during the rental cycle.

6. Unused Equipment & Weather

If gear is collected but not used due to rain or match cancellation, the rental fee remains non-refundable as the equipment was reserved and unavailable for other players. We recommend checking weather forecasts before pickup.
