Professional cricket equipment is expensive. An English Willow bat or a high-end helmet can cost several thousands of rupees. The fully refundable security deposit acts as collateral to protect our inventory against loss, theft, or severe damage. It is refunded instantly when the equipment is returned in satisfactory condition.
We require an original, government-issued photo ID that includes your current residential address. Accepted IDs include your Aadhaar Card, Driving License, or Passport. We will verify the original at pickup and keep a secure digital copy only for the duration of the rental.
Normal wear and tear (like leather ball scuff marks on a bat, or dirt on pads) is expected and entirely fine. However, structural damage—such as a snapped bat handle, a cracked helmet grill, or torn glove stitching—will incur a repair or replacement fee. This fee is objectively calculated and deducted from your security deposit. If an item is completely destroyed or lost, you forfeit the entire deposit for that item and may be liable for the outstanding replacement cost.
Yes, absolutely. Our daily rental rate covers a 24-hour period. You can pick up the gear in the morning for your match and return it by evening, or keep it overnight and return it the following morning within the 24-hour window.
Currently, we operate primarily on a store pickup model from our Jaipur location. However, for bulk academy orders or complete team kits (orders exceeding ₹1,500), we can arrange delivery within Jaipur city limits for an additional logistics fee. Please contact support to arrange this.
We are obsessed with hygiene. Every helmet is sprayed with antibacterial disinfectant. Gloves are aired out and treated. Pads are wiped down. Bats are cleaned of excessive dirt. You will never receive foul-smelling or unhygienic gear from us.
We provide a 2-hour grace period beyond your scheduled return time. After that, we charge an additional full day's rental fee for every 24-hour block you are late. This is because late returns prevent the next player from using the gear they booked. The late fee will be deducted directly from your security deposit.
Yes, we have junior-sized gear available! However, the actual booking, payment, and ID verification must be completed by a parent, legal guardian, or an adult relative or coach who is over the age of 18.
Our rental fleet includes top-tier professional brands like SS (Sareen Sports), SG (Sanspareils Greenlands), Spartan, and DSC. We focus on English Willow bats ranging from Grade 3 to Grade 1 (Pro-series) to ensure match-ready performance.
Yes, within the first 2 hours of your rental period, if you feel the bat balance or weight isn't right for you, you can bring it back to the store and swap it for another bat of the same rental category (subject to availability).
Currently, our inventory is 100% focused on leather ball (professional) cricket. English Willow and Kashmir Willow bats specifically pressed for hard leather balls are our specialty. Using our bats with heavy tennis/tape balls is permitted but not recommended as the pressing is different.
